Your Rattlesnake Rewards membership card will be available for pick-up approximately 1 business day (Tuesday-Friday) after submitting form.
*Members must submit RRM card to server. Members will earn 1 point (or $1) for every $10 you spend on food & beverage only. Points may not be earned & redeemed on the same visit. Private Dining/Catering Events & Other Coupons or Discounts are not eligible to earn or redeem Rewards points. All points must be redeemed at one time. Points do not expire.
**Rattlesnake Rewards & Event Tickets: When an RRM purchases tickets to one of our events, we will note your membership and manually add points based on the ticket price (not including sales tax, gratuity or fees) to your account within 2 business days of the event date. If you would like to redeem your Rewards at one of our events, please do not purchase tickets!
