True pioneers in Michigan’s craft beer industry, Matt & Rene Greff opened the first Arbor Brewing Co Pub & Eatery in downtown Ann Arbor in 1995. Now with a 2nd location in Ypsilanti and a 3rd all the way in Bangalore, India – ABC has definitely taken their expertly crafted beers global! ABC’s brews have won many awards over the years and is even one of the only “green” breweries in the state! ABC employs many waste reduction and energy saving practices, from reclaimed materials to solar power, not to mention their passionate envolvement in their community and commitment to buying local. As these are principles we embrace as well, The Rattlesnake is very excited to present 6 of Arbor Brewing Co’s beers – paired with 6 of Chef Chris’s small plates.
