Chef Jeff will be bringing the essence of spring to your plate with vibrant dishes, showcasing some of his favorite spring recipes and highlighting some of the best, locally sourced produce and proteins that Michigan has to offer. Come learn how to bring the flavors of spring to life in your own kitchen, 4 small plates will be prepared, each cleverly paired with a wine selection by our Sommelier Maria.
