Chappellet Wine Tasting | Oct 2

Friday | October 2, 2015 | 7:00pm – The wine and food magic at The Rattlesnake Club continues with a very special tasting event featuring Chappellet Winery in Napa Valley. For nearly five decades, the Chappellet family has been crafting world-class wines from fruit cultivated on the steep, rocky slopes of Napa Valley’s renowned Pritchard Hill. As one of the first wineries to pioneer high-elevation hillside planting, and one of the few remaining great family-owned Napa Valley wineries, Chappellet Vineyard has influenced generations of vintners. Throughout its history, Chappellet has also established an enduring legacy as one of California’s most acclaimed producers of Cabernet Sauvignon. Though focused on crafting limited quantities of benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon for almost 50 years, the Chappellet portfolio also includes exceptional Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. While consistently setting the standard for mountain-grown wines, Chappellet has earned high praise from critics and a devoted following from many of the world’s premier collectors.

We will present four of Chappellet’s acclaimed wines, each paired with our Chefs’ small plates. The wines will be available for retail purchase as well. Tickets are $65 per person, not including sales tax and gratuity. Reservations are by ticket purchase only; please click HERE to purchase tickets to our Chappellet Wine Tasting event (sales tax and gratuity will be reflected in the final ticket price).

She is very excited, and equally as proud, to present these wines from her   Executive Chef Chris Franz and Chef de Cuisine Jeff Lanctot, will work with Sommelier Maria Papp’s wine selections to create a lavish small plates menu highlighting the wines.
