Chef’s Taste of Paris Dinner

Friday | May 15, 2015 | 6:30pm – Savor the flavors found along the Seine, right here on the banks of the Detroit (Day-twa) River! Our Chefs will bring the City of Lights to life with modern interpretations of classic French cuisine and its timeless culinary techniques. Here’s a little more about our special guest, Josh Gelfand: Josh has nine years of hospitality and spirits experience, ranging from bartending to being a brand ambassador for The Glenlivet, his most recent position. After a brief but exciting career as a professional musician, Josh worked in corporate social responsibility and business management before being beckoned back to the spirits world through his passion for scotch whisky. Josh is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Journalism degree and has an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School in San Francisco.

Chef’s Fire & Ice Dinner

Friday | February 27, 2015 | 6:30pm – Warm up with our first Chefs’ Dinner of 2015! Chefs Chris and Jeff have planned an icy cold, flaming hot, spicy smoked, creamy cool evening sure to heat up this chilly winter. Think flaming sausages and icy oysters, chilled seafood carpaccio and live grilled beef plus an incredible “Fire + Ice” worthy sweet finish. It’ll be the coolest – and hottest – dinner experience you’ve ever had! Each of the five courses will also be paired with wine selections by Sommelier Maria Papp.
